Waad Al-Juhani — Certified Pilates Instructor in Jeddah

About Waad Al-Juhani

I'm Waad, a certified Pilates instructor in Jeddah with 11 years of experience in mat Pilates and corrective exercise. I focus on core strength, posture and flexibility, and tailor every session to your level and any past injuries or pain. Pilates suits beginners and anyone who wants to relieve back and neck pain, and progress is noticeable within a few weeks. I like sessions to be organised and enjoyable at the same time, and I send a short summary after each one with what we achieved and what comes next. I hold Mat Pilates Instructor and keep my knowledge current through courses and workshops.
