How are trainers verified?
We review every trainer’s ID, professional certifications and experience before they appear on the platform, and award the “Verified” badge once the check is complete.
When am I charged for a session?
When you send a request the amount is only held; it is charged once the trainer accepts within 12 hours. If they do not, the request is cancelled automatically at no cost.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before the session from “My bookings”, and the amount is refunded immediately to the same payment method.
Are online sessions available?
Many trainers offer video sessions. Turn on the “Online” filter when searching to see them wherever you are in the Kingdom.
How do I join the platform as a trainer?
Sign up on the “For trainers” page, upload your ID and professional certifications, and our team will contact you within 48 hours to activate your profile.
