I start every client with a full assessment of fitness, movement and daily habits, then build a clear weekly plan around their goal, whether that is losing weight, building muscle or improving endurance. I believe in gradual, consistent progress over short bursts of motivation, so I review progress every two weeks and adjust the programme to the results. I like sessions to be organised and enjoyable at the same time, and I send a short summary after each one with what we achieved and what comes next.
