How are trainers verified?

No trainer appears in search results until we have checked their identity and professional certificates. Here is a summary of the steps; the full details are on How we verify trainers.

What we check

• Identity: we match the trainer's name and photo against their national ID or residence permit (iqama).
• Professional certificates: we confirm them with the issuing body wherever we can, such as the Yoga Alliance registry for yoga instructors, the Saudi Boxing Federation for coaching licences, and the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) for anyone offering clinical nutrition.
• First aid: we check that the certificate is still valid when a trainer provides one.
• The profile: we review the bio, services and prices before the profile is published.

What the Certified badge means

It means we have confirmed the trainer's identity and at least one professional certificate. Each certificate on a trainer's profile also shows whether we have verified it. The badge is not a promise of particular results, and it doesn't replace your own judgement before you book.

If you have a concern

Report the trainer from their profile, the booking page or the chat. We review every report, and we may hide a trainer's profile while a review is under way.
