I'm Noura, a certified yoga instructor in Riyadh with 18 years of experience teaching Hatha, Vinyasa and therapeutic yoga. I focus on breathing and safe alignment before any advanced pose, and tailor each session to your flexibility and past injuries. Clients come to my sessions to ease stress, sleep better and relieve back pain, and we progress step by step without rushing. I train in person within my service area, at gyms or at home, and offer online sessions for anyone who prefers to train from home. I hold RYT-500 Yoga Teacher, and I make sure every exercise is explained clearly so you can train with confidence and safely.
