I'm Noura, a certified fitness trainer in Riyadh with 3 years of experience in personal training. I start every client with a full assessment of fitness, movement and daily habits, then build a clear weekly plan around their goal, whether that is losing weight, building muscle or improving endurance. I believe in gradual, consistent progress over short bursts of motivation, so I review progress every two weeks and adjust the programme to the results. I train in person within my service area, at gyms or at home, and offer online sessions for anyone who prefers to train from home. I hold Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and I make sure every exercise is explained clearly so you can train with confidence and safely.
