About Hind Al-Harthi

I'm Hind, a certified yoga instructor in Taif with 16 years of experience teaching Hatha, Vinyasa and therapeutic yoga. I focus on breathing and safe alignment before any advanced pose, and tailor each session to your flexibility and past injuries. Clients come to my sessions to ease stress, sleep better and relieve back pain, and we progress step by step without rushing. Punctuality, respect and privacy are the basis of my work with every client. I hold RYT-500 Yoga Teacher, and I would be glad to help you reach your goal with a plan that fits your time and budget.
