I'm Haifa, a certified yoga instructor in Riyadh with 10 years of experience teaching Hatha, Vinyasa and therapeutic yoga. I focus on breathing and safe alignment before any advanced pose, and tailor each session to your flexibility and past injuries. Clients come to my sessions to ease stress, sleep better and relieve back pain, and we progress step by step without rushing.
